"Our waitress was really nice and did a great job! The food was alright, it wasn't bad or anything just lacked a little seasoning (we just added salt and it was fine). Overall decent prices and the atmosphere was nice!! It does get a little chilly (we sat near the window and it's December) so if you get cold easy maybe bring a jacket just in case!"

The amount of food is large and the price is one that you can eat out and not empty your pocket. I could not open my mouth wide enough to bite the sandwich."

"This place is great! We took my mother there when we were visiting since it was my grandparents’ favorite restaurant. It’s an authentically old school diner, unlike the many faux pretend old diners. There was a sign on the wall saying you could get 2 eggs, home fries, and ham or sausage for $3.99. Try getting those prices in 2021. We didn’t get that, but the prices were still a bargain. And it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!"

"I ate at Sonny Boy Family Restaurant, Bridgeport OH on Sunday Dec 15th, 2024. I got spaghetti with meat sauce. It was outstandingly delicious! I brought some spaghetti home I reheated some last night and the rest today, let me tell you it tasted delicious even with reheating it. I would highly recommend eating at Sonny Boy's. Every meal that I have eaten there has been very, very delicious!!! Please stop at Sonny Boys and give them a try. Very clean restaurant, very friendly workers and as I said the food is delicious!!! Let me add this, I am a very picky eater. If I don't like something I will let the waitress know and I will send it back. For me to give a HIGH review the food has to be DELICIOUS!!!!"

"If it's your first time here, it's a little unclear how to order, but just pick a seat and they'll be with you soon. The wait staff is friendly but busy. It took them over 5 minutes to say hi, but they were steadily busy as I waited. The food is real low cost. Down home vibe to the place. Swing jazz music played softly while the kitchen hums with cooking and the waitresses swirl around topping off drinks. Good food. Relaxed environment."

"The lady who serviced my family was wonderful absolutely loved her now I did not like my liver and onions but over all my family was happy with their orders and I can say chicken is seasoned to the tea so yes I do recommend for those who are new to the area like we are visiting."

"Great little spot in the middle of nowhere USA. Food was outstanding! Home cooking feel, and priced ridiculously low. Reminds me of the diners back home! Omellette was great, homefries with onions were good. Biscuits and gravy hit the spot! Crazy locals are a joy to listen too!"
